Setar Sound / Tehran / Iran

Mehdi Amini is a Song Writer and a Setar player born in Tehran, Iran. Fascinated by the Mystical Sound of Setar, he decided to learn and play this instrument since he was very young. He learnd Iranian Musical Theory (Radif) and Technics of Setar from various great Setar Masters such as "Ali Bayani" ,"Masoud Shaari" and "Mohammad Reza Lotfi".

His works are mainly based on Iranian improvisational art. He loves the Art of Improvisation and to represent it in his music.
